Pope Knew of McCarrick’s Crimes but Considered Them Unimportant
French author Frédéric Martel alleges in a new book that Pope Francis had been informed that Cardinal Theodore McCarrick had been having sexual relations with seminarians and priests but considered this fact “insufficient to condemn him.”
Mr. Martel, an openly gay man and LGBT activist, is the author of the upcoming book, In the Closet of the Vatican: Power, Homosexuality, Hypocrisy, to be released on February 21, the opening day of a major Vatican summit on clerical sex abuse.
In the new exposé, Martel accuses the Catholic Church of hypocrisy for opposing gay marriage and adoption when so many of its own clerics are active homosexuals. Read more here
Vatican Finance Official Convicted
ROME – A former Vatican financial official is facing three years in Italian prison for corruption and defamation.
Monsignor Nunzio Scarano, former accountant in the Administration of the Patrimony of the Apostolic See (APSA), was arrested in June 2013 in connection to an alleged plot to smuggle millions of euros in cash, untaxed, from Switzerland to Italy in an airplane.
Apparently, Msgr. Scarano was arrested again in January 2014 for other charges of corruption, related to using his Vatican bank account to launder money through sham donation checks.
Scarano was found innocent of the corruption charges in 2016, but was found guilty of defamation for lying about one of his two fellow defendants. Scarano had written co-defendant Giovanni Zito a check for 200,000 euros, then reported the check missing so Zito couldn’t cash it.
But now, after two years in prison for defamation, the former Vatican official has been found guilty in an appeals court in Rome of both corruption and defamation. This is according to a Wednesday report from Italian news organization ANSA. ANSA also reports that Msgr. Scarano is being sentenced to three years in prison. ChurchMilitant.com
Chinese Cardinal: Vatican Has Kept Secret the Text of Deal With Atheist Regime on Naming of Bishops
(CNSNews.com) – Cardinal Joseph Zen, bishop emeritus of Hong Kong, said in a video interview with CNSNews.com that the Vatican has kept secret the text of the agreement it made in September with the government of the People’s Republic of China on the appointment of Catholic bishops.
According to the U.S. State Department, the government of China is controlled by the Chinese Communist Party, whose members are required to be atheists.
“The People’s Republic of China (PRC) is an authoritarian state in which the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) is the paramount authority,” says the State Department’s latest report on human rights in China, which was published on April 20, 2018. Read more here
The Vatican’s upcoming event against pedophilia could be nothing more than a propaganda stunt
Leo Zagami – Vatican City, February 19 – The organizing committee that will present the upcoming event in the Vatican between the 21st and 24th of February 2019, will focus on violence against minors, and the homosexuality issue (even if in a minor way) stating: “The Holy See will publish the statistics. Let us not give up on the protection of minors.“
Two bodies representing Catholic religious orders released a statement today expressing shame at child sexual abuse committed by members of the Church ahead of this week’s historic meeting in the Vatican on the protection of minors.
“This particular meeting focuses on the sexual abuse of children and the abuse of power and conscience by those in authority in the Church, especially bishops, priests, and the religious,”says the Union of Superior Generals (USG) and the International Union of Superiors General (UISC).
The problem is that Pope Francis and his predecessors knew exactly what was happening, and they are simply trying to save face with this propaganda stunt that will not change the dramatic situation of the Catholic Church clergy run by pedophiles and Satanists.
“Our hope for this meeting is that the Holy Spirit will work powerfully during these three days.” But a three-day meeting is a short time to reform a Church infiltrated by Satan and his Legion. I wish new steps forward and important decisions can be made, but, unfortunately, I know the Vatican system is in the hands of the Devil.
Recently, a book came out entitled, In the Closet of the Vatican that states eighty percent of priests working at the Vatican are gay, although not necessarily sexually active. This is old news for those who have followed my work, as I made this revelation on Infowars last year, and I have been writing about it for years in my books.
Unfortunately, my stand against the Vatican is proving dangerous for me and my family as I am not only censored now in Italy, but also persecuted legally by an unjust judiciary system that wants to silence me forever.

Alleged abuse of deaf children on 2 continents points to Vatican failings
LUJAN DE CUYO, Argentina -When investigators swept in and raided the religious Antonio Provolo Institute for the Deaf, they uncovered one of the worst cases yet among the global abuse scandals plaguing the Catholic Church: a place of silent torment where prosecutors say pedophiles preyed on the most isolated and submissive children.
The scope of the alleged abuse was vast. Charges are pending against 13 suspects; a 14th person pleaded guilty to sexual abuse, including rape, and was sentenced to 10 years in prison. The case of the accused ringleader – an octogenarian Italian priest named Nicola Corradi – is set to go before a judge next month.
Corradi was spiritual director of the school and had a decades-long career spanning two continents. And so his arrest in late 2016 raised an immediate question: Did the Catholic Church have any sense that he could be a danger to children?
The answer, according to a Washington Post investigation that included a review of court and church documents, private letters, and dozens of interviews in Argentina and Italy, is that church officials up to and including Pope Francis were warned repeatedly and directly about a group of alleged predators that included Corradi.
Yet they took no apparent action against him.
“I want Pope Francis to come here, I want him to explain how this happened, how they knew this and did nothing,” a 24-year-old alumna of the Provolo Institute said, using sign language as her hands shook in rage. She and her 22-year-old brother, who requested anonymity to share their experiences as minors, are among at least 14 former students who say they were victims of abuse at the now-shuttered boarding school in the shadow of the Andes. Cardinal admits to Vatican summit Church destroyed abuse files
National Catholic Reporter – A top cardinal has admitted that the global Catholic Church destroyed files to prevent documentation of decades of sexual abuse of children, telling the prelates attending Pope Francis’ clergy abuse summit Feb. 23 that such maladministration led “in no small measure” to more children being harmed.
In a frank speech to the 190 cardinals, bishops and heads of religious orders taking part in the four-day summit, German Cardinal Reinhard Marx said the church’s administration had left victims’ rights “trampled underfoot” and “made it impossible” for the worldwide institution to fulfill its mission.
“Files that could have documented the terrible deeds and named those responsible were destroyed, or not even created,” said Marx, beginning a list of a number of practices that survivors have documented for years but church officials have long kept under secret. Read more here
